Since 1979 the firm has been serving Central Iowa including Marshall, Tama, Poweshiek,
Grundy, Hardin, Jasper, Story and Polk Counties. Over the years the firm has been known as
Johnson, Sudenga, Carter & Latham and Johnson, Sudenga, Latham, Peglow & O’Hare, P.L.C. The home office for the firm is based in Marshalltown

trial and appellate courts as well as federal trial and appellate courts.Our firm is comprised of
individuals who provide quality representation and innovative solutions for our clients.
The newest addition to the firm is Dalton J. Kidd, who joined the firm in 2011. Dalton will be
engaged in the general practice of law, including the areas of taxation, real estate and probate. |

Family law is an area of the law that deals with family-related issues and domestic relations which include, but are not limited to:
1. The nature of marriage;
2. Issues that may arise during marriage such as spousal abuse, child abuse, adoption, legitimacy;
3. The termination of the relationship and such matters including divorce, annulment, property distributions, alimony and child
custody, visitation and child support awards.
